The short version: we collect nothing.

Clinical notes

Text you enter for analysis is processed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted, uploaded, logged, or stored. The app has no servers. There is no note history feature, by design.

No accounts, no tracking, no analytics

The app requires no account and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage data, identifiers, or personal information.

Favorites and iCloud

Favorites, folders, and personal notes are stored on your device. If you subscribe and enable sync, they sync through your own iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit — visible only to you, never to us.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details.

Network use

The app's only network activity is Apple's own services (iCloud sync and subscription validation). The code set is bundled; search and analysis work fully offline.

Children

Intended for professional use; not directed at children.
