End User License Agreement (EULA)

Apple provides a "Standard EULA," but for a medical app, you must add a custom "Medical Disclaimer" to protect yourself from liability.

Scope of License

Acroly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app on Apple-branded products for personal or professional informational use.

Subscription & Billing

If you purchase a Premium subscription, billing is handled via the Apple In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acroly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or any errors in the provided medical abbreviations.
