Every suggestion is decision support; the coder confirms every code.
Your notes never leave your device. Analysis runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or stored — no cloud, no account, no ads. The complete ICD-10-CM code set is bundled with the app, so search and analysis work fully offline.
It's also a complete ICD-10-CM reference: search the full code set the way you type, open any code for its Excludes notes, code-first / use-additional instructions, and 7th-character options, and save favorites with your own notes and iCloud sync.
