Build My Library with saved entries, folders, subfolders and your own custom terminology. Use iCloud to keep your library in sync across your iPhone and iPad with the same Apple Account.

No advertising or tracking. All features are included in the paid download, with no app account required. The planned US download price is $0.99; local pricing is shown by the App Store. Historical purchasers receive this relaunch as an update on the existing record, subject to device compatibility and Apple's availability rules.

Medical abbreviations can have multiple meanings. Confirm the intended meaning in context. This is an informational reference, not a tool for diagnosis or treatment. Do not enter patient-identifying information. Acroly remains a separate product.
