ICD-10-CM 2027 — Official edition The complete official 2027 edition and coding guidelines are included in the app. Effective October 1, 2026, the 2027 edition is available to active subscribers as soon as this update is released, at no additional charge. ICD-10-CM 2026 remains available for free.

SEARCH WITH CONTEXT Search by code, condition, clinical abbreviation, or everyday term. Refine relevant results by left, right, bilateral, or unspecified laterality. Review code details and instructional notes, with clear badges identifying newly added codes and updated descriptions in the 2027 edition.

CHOOSE YOUR EDITION Use the database selector in Browse, Search, or Favorites. The active edition is clearly labeled. Switching editions preserves your saved favorites, folders, and personal notes. Your explicit edition choice is not silently replaced on October 1.

BUILD YOUR PERSONAL REFERENCE Save frequently used codes and organize them into folders. An active subscription unlocks unlimited favorites, personal code note editing, and iCloud sync between your devices. Previously saved notes remain available to read after a subscription expires. Free access includes up to 10 favorites; previously saved favorites are preserved.

READ OFFLINE Browse the bundled code database and read the official 2027 coding guidelines without an internet connection. Purchases, restoration, and iCloud sync require connectivity.
