Terms of Service (EULA)

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and VLR Software (“Licensor”) for the ICD-10-CM 2026 Professional application.

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and VLR Software only, and not with Apple Inc.

2. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

3. No Medical Advice or Professional Relationship

The contents of this App are for informational purposes only. The App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. One-Time Purchase & Annual Data

• Ownership: The "2026 Professional Edition" is a one-time In-App Purchase.
• No Subscription: There are no recurring fees.
• Refunds: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc.

5. iCloud Sync & Data Usage

You are prohibited from entering Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient-identifiable data into the App. VLR Software is not responsible for any misuse of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS." Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
